Returns

You may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@musobijoux.com. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Want a different size or style? We offer exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day return window.

Final Sale Items

Custom or made-to-order pieces and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
